Early photo working with movement blur

This is a new project - motion blur - and I've only made a few initial, digital photographs as I try and figure out the technical details before making photos on 35 mm film. Obviously this isn't a new idea or approach but I'm interested in seeing if I can make it work with a Nikon FE2, a 105 mm prime lens, and ISO 400 black and white film.
